Prepare a room brief →Will it still look like my room?
That is the aim of Room Lock: start with your photograph, list what stays, and check each concept against the original. Unrequested changes are corrected or the image is rejected. These are visual concepts, not measured architectural drawings.
Can you show a particular paint, carpet or sofa?
You can include brand names, product links and reference photographs in your brief. The visualisation is an interpretation, not a guarantee of an exact product match. Confirm dimensions, colours, materials and fit with the supplier before purchasing.
Will the paint and material colours be exact?
No. Room lighting, camera settings and your screen affect how colours appear. Use a visualisation to narrow your choices, then test physical paint and material samples in the room.
What sort of photograph should I send?
A clear, reasonably well-lit photograph is best. Keep the camera level and show as much of the room as possible. A normal phone photo is fine. Choose a package and follow the room-photo upload prompt. Keep people and private documents out of the picture.
What is included in a revision?
Quick Look includes a minor adjustment to an agreed option. The other packages include one round of changes within the original room brief. A new room, a new camera angle or a different project direction needs a separate scope.
How long will my room take?
Your first concepts will be delivered within 2 business days after payment and receipt of a usable photo and complete brief. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding Tasmanian public holidays. Included revisions follow the initial delivery and are separate from this timing.
Is this available internationally?
The service is intended for remote delivery. Prices are shown in Australian dollars. Available payment methods and any applicable charges appear at checkout.
Can I place an order or send a photo now?
You can email us about your project now. Choose a package to upload your room photo and brief. You can review the order before payment.
Are these real customer before-and-afters?
No. These are illustrative concept images from the approved website mock-up, not customer projects or proof of exact room preservation. The hero comparison demonstrates the slider. A camera-aligned, permission-cleared portfolio is a separate pre-launch requirement.
